Since age and day Sonarr has supported a DownloadedEpisodesScan Command. With only the btsync/remote scenario still failing on us this is an obvious win.

Knows which grab is related to a specific download via the Download ID (nzoid for sab, guid for nzbget, infohash for torrents).
